This project is aimed at protecting Orient Textile Mills’ facility by ensuring the roof overhead water tank and structural expansion joints are fully sealed against leakage and environmental damage.

The scope includes surface cleaning and preparation, application of specialized waterproofing membranes to the overhead tank, and treatment of cracks to prevent seepage. Expansion joints will be sealed with high-performance, flexible sealants to accommodate structural movement while maintaining watertight integrity.

The initiative will enhance the durability of the facility, safeguard water storage, and reduce long-term maintenance costs, ensuring uninterrupted operations for Orient Textile Mills.
