Aqua Seal-2010

An acrylic-rubber co-polymer ONE COMPONENT, COLD APPLIED AND READY TO USE air drying Water Proofing, sealing, insulation pasting and  coating compound for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVACR)  commissioning and ducting having excellent adhesion to numerous substrates like Cement/Concrete, Textiles, Paper/ Board, Hard Board, Chip Board, Asbestos Sheets, Wood, Under Screed and all such other porous surfaces. On perfect drying in 2 to 3 coats penetrating through deep inside behaving as water proof, weather proof, oil & solvent proof, micro-organisms, fungus/mildew resistant non-flammable, non-toxic, U/V resistant,  non-cracking, vapor barrier,  abrasion & temperature resistant (up to 160 ºC), fair to dilute acids/alkali.

The product is excellent to be used as exterior as well as interior paint, particularly in the COASTAL and high humidity areas. It excels over high filler brittle in nature conventional paints & ideally suited for:

Moisture and vapor barrier external coating for building exteriors, facades and walls.

Water Proofing of roofs, basements, OH/UG tanks, pools, ponds, foundations, flower troughs, effluent  drains,  canals, embankments, retaining walls etc.

Protective coatings for walls in factories, processing areas, kitchen, ware houses etc.
