Seaming Dope-1041-1042-1043

A viscous vinyl based sealant, inheriting excellent film forming properties on perfect drying designed to provide air tight gasket within the top & bottom seams of the metal/composite containers. The product when applied wet on body flange during can top/bottom seaming operation as a preventive measure to completely eliminate possibility of leakage/seepage from the top/bottom seam, of the contents filled when in, by bridging gaps, voids, fractured lining compound or wrinkles formed within the seam as a result of varying pressure or distorted roller. Depending upon utilities and economic aspects, there are three grades available as characterized herein after:-

 – 1041 STANDARD – for filling edible/ lubricant oils, vegetable ghee, varnishes, lacquers, polishes, powder & general food products.

 – 1042 SUPER – for filling paints, varnishes, lacquers etc. in addition to above.

 – 1043 SPECIAL – for filling water based products, food products, syrups, insecticides, pesticides, corrosive and technical products.
