FLEXI-COAT is a polymer modified two component cementitious coating system formulated as a plasticizer-free aqueous dispersion based on styrene and acrylic well compatible with cement specially meant for construction purposes. It is supplied in predetermined ready to mix kits, when applied properly the layer so obtained is  flexible, elastomeric, crack bridging, water, oil, petrol & diesel proof, micro-organisms, fungus/mildew resistant, non-flammable, non-toxic, U/V resistant, non-cracking, vapor barrier, abrasion and temperature resistant, fair to dilute acids/alkalis. The product is specially meant to be used for Water Proofing of roofs, basements, OH/UG tanks, pools, ponds, foundations, flower troughs, effluent drains, canals, embankments, retaining walls etc.
