Capo plast Compound-1085

It is a VINYL & other essential resin based heat curing compound formulated for use during manufacturing of Bottle/Jar/Can Caps for General Purpose & Processed/Hot Filled Food products. It is a viscous high solid self leveling free flowing liquid material which on perfect drying is designed to provide an air tight soft seal/gasket to prevent leakages of contents filled in. The dried (cured) film/gasket is non-toxic, non-poisonous, non-flammable and non-rusting to tinplate & TFS and perfectly safe in handling both in liquid and dry state.

The cans made from Cano’plast is most suitable to be used for packing of a wide range of products e.g. general & processed foods, jams/jellies, juices, pulps, carbonated drinks, syrups,  ketch-ups, sauces, pharmaceutical products, paints, varnishes, lacquers, thinners, solvents, edible/lubricant oils, fuels, pesticides/insecticides, corrosive, technical & aggressive products.
