Baro’Plast Compound-1084

VINYL and other essential resins based heat curing compound formulated for use during fabrication of metallic drums/barrels for General and Sanitary purposes. It is a viscous, high solids, self leveling & free flowing liquid material which on perfect drying is designed to provide an air tight double seam in the shape of soft seal/gasket within the top and bottom seams, to prevent leakage/seepage of the products packed in. The dried (cured) film/gasket is non-toxic, non-poisonous, non-flammable and non-rusting to tinplate & TFS and perfectly safe in handling both in liquid and dry state. The drums/barrels made from Baro’plast is most suitable to be used for packing of a wide range of products e.g. general & processed foods, pulps, juices, syrups, pharmaceuticals, paints, varnishes, lacquers, thinners, solvents, edible/lubricant oils, fuels, pesticides/insecticides, corrosive, technical & aggressive products.
