DUCT INSULATION BOND-2044

Duct Insulation Bond is a water based thick blend of Polymers, Resins and Rubber possessing excellent water & oil proofing properties specially designed for bonding of PU Foam insulation over               air-conditioning ducting/piping made of  M.S., G.I., Copper, Aluminum, Stainless Steel & other metals. In addition it adheres to numerous other substrates such as plastics, polystyrene, wood, ceramic, cement plaster, concrete, masonry, stone, marble etc. It is an air drying product and on perfect drying the bond/seal/ layer so obtained is tough but   flexible,  water   and  oil  proof,   non-cracking,  vapor barrier, saline/salty, sub-soil water, dilute acids & alkali resistant. The product besides being effectively  used  for jointing two surfaces together, it is used as RUST/CORROSION PROTECTIVE SEAMLESS INSULATION COATING (min.2 coats) ON EXPOSED TO WEATHER AND UNDER GROUND METALLIC PIPES AND STRUCTURES.
