POLYMERIC CAULK SEALANT-2020

It is a Co-Polymer adhesive sealant of dense consistency forming a soft gaskety seal at room temperature curing (RTV). It is most useful rather excel in performance against silicones where air/gas-tight, water proof, oil proof, dilute acid resistance, vapor barrier, weather resistant, temperature resistance, U/V rays, fungal/micro-organisms  resistant  protective seal is required.  The product has excellent adhesion on metals, wood, paper, cloth, plastics, glass, polystyrene, PU foams, thermopore sheets, glass wool insulation, masonry, R.C.C., marble etc. The product does not emit toxic fumes which makes it possible to safely work in enclosed areas.

In Civil Construction the product is ideally suited  for Building expansion joints sealing, prefab slab/tile joints sealing and crack filling.  The fully cured bead/layer has above 200% elongation. The surface can be painted over. An excellent seam sealant in Central A/C and engineering fabrication jobs such as ducting, thermal insulation, non-cracking shock absorbing and sound deadening capabilities both in low & high velocity ducts meeting the HVACR Spec. DW/141 (Adhesion), B.S.476 (Part-7) Class ‘I’ and ‘O’ tests. In automobile industry for bus/truck bodies, car body sealing/gasketing and glass fixing.
